We are currently recruiting for a Caring, Health and Wellbeing Officer to join our busy and supportive Help, Advice and Services department. In this role, you will be advising serving, former and retired civil servants on enquiries relating to caring, wellbeing and health issues, offering next steps and options to help to resolve the difficulties they may be experiencing.

We offer a range of self-serve wellbeing and caring support as well as tailored conversations and referrals to expert organisations to give people the support they need.

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience of working within wellbeing or the care-related sector, with knowledge of the legislative, statutory and voluntary sectors relating to wellbeing and caring services, specifically within England and Wales.

This role is homebased, but some travel will occasionally be required. The successful candidate will need to be based in or around either Birmingham or Greater London.
