Spurgeons is one of the UK's leading children's charities, firmly supported by Christian beliefs and values, helping to support disadvantaged children and their families through delivering projects to support children, young people, their families and communities to find long-lasting solutions to the challenges they face.

We are passionate about the work we do and need equally committed members on our team to help us achieve those goals.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate manager with strong leadership skills and proven expertise in early years learning to become the third member of the senior management team who lead and guide the delivery of services to children and families in Wiltshire’s children’s centres.

You will have a clear understanding of the current agendas in providing support to families so that they can enable their children to thrive and develop to their full potential. You will also have a clear commitment to keeping the child at the centre of all decision making.
