Are you motivated by making a difference to palliative and end of life care? Are you an inspiring clinical leader and able to demonstrate passion and commitment for our work? We’re looking for a Director of Adult Services who will act as Registered Manager for all our adult services (inpatient, outpatient and community), ensure services put the patient at the heart of all we do, and provide strategic development.

Who are we?

We exists to provide outstanding specialist end of life and palliative care through a range of services designed to meet the needs of our patients and their families. As a leader in palliative and end of life care for adults, the hospice provides specialist advice and support to other health and social care professionals involved in caring for people at end of life. The roles of direct care delivery; supported care and advisory services enables the hospice to reach more people and facilitate choice at end of life.

- You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership to a diverse team providing expert advice and developing a caring, transparent and thriving culture.
- A vibrant, visible, and inspiring leader, with a clear passion and commitment for our work. You will be a key part of a dynamic team that ensures our hospices are recognised as leading providers of high quality, safe service provision for palliative and end of life care.
- A registered clinician and have significant experience of clinical operational experience with oversight and responsibility for multiple services.

St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care and community living well services.
