The purpose of the Independent Domestic Violence Advisor is to provide support and intervention to people affected by domestic abuse in Bristol, in particular those at high risk of serious harm.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a busy environment and the ability to recognise and respond to changes in risk levels.
You will be able to manage your own caseload whilst working flexibly as part of the wider domestic abuse team
There will be some requirement to work occasional evenings and weekends.
