As a Senior Social Worker (Think Family Lead) with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to. You’ll work on developing the support offer people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and organised individual to be the Think Family practice lead within the London Borough of Barnet. This is a permanent position which will involve engaging families in a range of support interventions.
As directed by the Deputy Service Manager, you will be responsible for the Think Family team forming and fostering relationships with key partners, identifying families who will benefit from a Think Family/Whole Family approach, providing clear role modelling within the service ensuring that safeguarding practice is always followed to ensure we are providing an effective service and meeting contractual requirements.
The successful candidate will hold a valid qualification in Social Work and be registered with the regulatory body and have experience of working with families who have multiple risk factors. They will have excellent knowledge of the key issues and the ability to interact with a range of professionals on a range of levels to ensure the best outcomes for this cohort.
