What does the role look like?

As a support worker in our service in Mansfield, your role will be to support people who are living in a supported living environment.

Your duties will also include:
– Helping the people we support to learn new skills.
– Assisting with day to day living tasks.
– Ensuring the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential.

Do I need experience?
Quite simply - no! Our outstanding training, development and support means that we don’t need you to have experience.
