A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join and help develop the new Cranstoun Inspire to Change Domestic Violence Prevention Service delivered across Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield and Rotherham.

We offer a wide range of services across England, including community-based outreach, treatment and recovery, detox, supported housing, domestic abuse, and specialist services for young people and families and carers. South Yorkshire Domestic Violence Prevention Service is a new domestic abuse perpetrator service delivered by Cranstoun. As, violence prevention practitioner you will deliver behaviour change programme to men and women who perpetrate abusive behaviours within their relationships
We are looking for motivated practitioners who either has experience of working with Domestic Abuse or a related area and would like to develop skills in this area.
As violence prevention practitioner you will deliver behaviour change programmes to men and women who perpetrate abusive behaviours within their relationships. Experience of working on behaviour change programmes, delivering training and community work would be advantageous.

Due to the nature and context of the work, having the particular protected characteristic is an occupational requirement and the application of the requirement is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim.
Post holder will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check against relevant barred lists
