We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic practitioner, who is passionate about creating change and can represent the values and behaviours of NSPCC. Joining the team and engaging families in the services we offer will be a fulfilling role for any practitioner.
You will have a manageable workload, and excellent training and development opportunities that will allow you to gain a real depth of knowledge and build relationships within communities, the NSPCC and with our safeguarding partners.
The next phase of our work will see us working more closely with other teams in Plymouth, with the ambition to co-deliver evidence-based interventions. Over time these roles will be integral to increasing the local offer for child sexual abuse recovery and prevention by working together to deliver services.
This new post will support Plymouth's ambitions to create a wide-reaching preventative approach to Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) and Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB).
So, if you are a practitioner, who has relevant and recent experience in working with children and families and/or mental health coupled with the drive to prevent child sexual abuse then you are definitely who we are looking for.
Please note the successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check prior to starting employment.
Join us and you'll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You'll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that'll bring the best out in you. And you'll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
