We’re looking for a Head of Services with outstanding safeguarding experience to lead all our services delivered to young women and girls.

This is an integral role in the organisation on the senior management team line-managing a small number of senior practitioners. You will have the autonomy to influence cross-organisational policy, quality assurance and systems change to ensure we are delivering services of the highest standard.

You will have;

- strong knowledge of contextual safeguarding theory and practice
- excellent organisational and project management skills
- a professional background in youth work or VAWG services
- experience in managing a small team
- commitment to our equalities work
- a commitment to participatory practice.

Salary is £40,800 PA, plus contribution to a pension and 28 days holiday a year.

This is a full-time role for 24 months with the expectation to extend once further funding is confirmed. You will be expected to work from the Abianda office on certain days, but some working from home and flexible working provisions can be arranged.
