You will be joining our highly skilled and passionate team who work with a proactive and assertive approach in supporting people to recover from the effects of rough sleeping and move away from a street lifestyle permanently. In the role of Outreach Worker, you will engage with people through street outreach to deliver personalised support to address individual needs.
You will oversee a caseload of clients, providing effective case management, advocating and negotiating with providers to source appropriate accommodation and support while working in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies to secure the right support to meet our clients’ individual needs.
You will have the opportunity to feed into the Bristol and National approach to ending rough sleeping with accurate recording of relevant data to continuously develop and improve the service.
In some of our roles, you will focus on a specific cohort of clients. 1 of our current vacancies will include working as the Women’s Lead, you will ensure the needs of female clients are met and they are linked in with relevant agencies who specialise in working with women. About you

- Due to the location of this role a full UK or equivalent driving license is essential for this post.

- Flexibility is required to work on the rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
