We have an opportunity for someone with the right aptitude and experience to join our young people's accommodation services in North London as a Service Manager.
Single Homeless Project is a London-wide charity. Our vision is of a society where everyone has a place to call home and the chance to live a fulfilling life. We help single Londoners by preventing homelessness, providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and being a voice for change. From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 10,000 lives every year across all 32 boroughs.
We are looking for someone comfortable and confident at leading a team within an accommodation setting. You will also be committed to supporting young people, have the capacity to self develop and be capable of managing others in an environment of continuous improvement. You will also be creative and motivated to inspire opportunities for our young people to access.
We are looking for someone who is able to:
- Manage the delivery of service to YP with a diverse range of needs; including offending, gang affiliation and developing attachment needs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Motivate and lead a team through change and shape services to meet local priorities
- Develop and build on our structured activities programme for young people

Our attractive benefits package includes:
- A salary increase after successfully completing six months.
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am – 4pm) in non-accommodation services
- 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
