If yes, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking to recruit a Social Worker to join the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS) in Southwest Hertfordshire.
This role attracts a Golden Hello of £3,500, new employees only.

Our team is based in Watford. The service operates Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will:
- hold a strong belief in recovery for people with severe and enduring mental health problems
- hold a caseload and undertake the role of care coordinator for those with varied complex mental health and social care needs
- have experience of working in a community based setting
- will provide direct support and advice to Service Users (Adults of all ages) and Carers, within the recovery framework, embracing the individual right to choice and control
- ensure that appropriate health and social care services are commissioned as required
- will also assess, identify and evaluate Service User’s needs through comprehensive assessments, reviews, care planning and CPA in conjunction with other professionals.
