Social Worker - South Mersey CMHT

Manchester Mind is working with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust to deliver roles within a Community Mental Health Team in Manchester. To help us with this work we are looking to employ a social worker in South Mersey CMHT. The post-holder will work within integrated, multi-disciplinary teams with staff employed both by Manchester Mind and the Trust.

As a Social Worker you will be a crucial member of the team. You would be proactively supporting and care co-ordinating a caseload of people with mental health problems and complex needs.

The skills and experience that are most important to us are:

o Qualified as a social worker
o Experience of building kind relationships
o Ability to work in a collaborative way

Annual Leave:28 days + bank holidays
