We are looking for enthusiastic Social Workers to join our Hospital Discharge, CTPLD, Community Mental Health and Locality operational teams in Slough.

Working at the forefront of our vibrant People (Adults) Directorate, you will be vital to delivering the Council’s Care Act responsibilities for Slough residents in our diverse community. You will need to be a qualified Social Worker with the ability, confidence, and enthusiasm for working with adults and their families in a hospital or community setting, managing complex and varied caseloads. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of the statutory framework in which we work and an ability to work well in multi-disciplinary settings.
