An exciting opportunity has arisen for a social worker to join the palliative care team at Newham University Hospital Part of Barts Health NHS Trust.
Fixed term contract of 6 months, Band 7.
You will work as part of a committed and creative team, which offers a specialist palliative care service at Newham University Hospital. You will provide social work interventions and support to people with palliative and end of life care needs, and to their families and carers.
