We are looking for motivated practitioners who either have experience of working with Domestic Abuse or a related area or would like to develop skills in this area. Experience of working on behaviour change programmes, delivering training and community work would be advantageous.

A unique and exciting opportunity to join Cranstoun’s team to deliver our specialist perpetrator interventions, in Telford and Wrekin. Cranstoun’s suite of perpetrator interventions are a behaviour change programmes for those who perpetrate abusive behaviours in their relationships.

The successful applicant will be working as part of the Telford and Wrekin domestic abuse service. The service offers a range of interventions to Victim/survivors, perpetrators and children and young people affected by domestic abuse. This project is a partnership between Cranstoun and West Mercia Womens Aid (WMWA). You will also work with communities and professionals to raise awareness of the issues, offer effective interventions as well as challenging values and attitudes that create conducive environments for domestic abuse to continue.

The post holder will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check against relevant barred lists.
