We are looking for a Youth Support Worker to join our team.
Job title: Progression Coach
The progression coach is one of the most important roles within the YPSA service. All ourcoaches believe passionately in the potential of all young people to achieve their goals. Your job will be to actively listen and respond to the needs, dreams and ideas young people bring to the table. Progression coaches seek out opportunities that inspire young people to step outside their comfort zone, helping them to develop new behaviours and skills that enable them to move into independent living.
Salary: Full Time, £24,313 per annum.
Plus, other benefits which include a generous annual leave allowance which increase with service, generous company sick pay, a pension scheme and an ‘employment assistance programme’ supporting staff’s mental health and wellbeing offering practical support for problems at work and at home.
Department: Young People’e Supported Accommodation
Reports to: Young Person’s Supported Accommodation Manager
Hours of work: Full time
Full time: 37.5 hours per week, alternating each week from 08.30 am to 4.30 pm or 11 am to 7 pm Mondays to Fridays (may require working on bank holidays and also some evening, weekend and emergency on call work on a rotational basis)
