Social Workers as Partners in Advancing Sustainable, Innovative, and Community
Engaged Solutions through Co-Building an Eco-Social World in Building collaborative and innovation approaches to address the social, economic, and ecological challenges to advancing sustainable development.

The framing of the People’s Charter for an Eco-Social World calls for global commitment to co-developing, reciprocity and joint ownership of positive change, co-building peace, co-living with nature, co-creating social justice, and co-realizing equality. Using the framework of the People’s Charter to forward the SDGS, speakers will highlight partnerships to create community based industries, the work of the Global Research and Action Network for a New Eco-Social Contract, and opportunities to draw upon concepts of Ubuntu and Buen Vivir) as we work together to forward and grow the People’s Charter as a global commit to future generations.
