This is one of two workshops aiming at negotiating international social work in the curriculum.

About this event:

Funded and supported by the European Association of Schools of Social Work (EASSW), this is the first of two workshops that will invite social work academics, students and practitioners across Europe to explore the significance of International Social Work and how it can be integrated in the social work education, training and practice.

Associate Professor Panagiotis Pentaris, and the International Social Work sub-committee of the Joint University Council and its co-chairs, Professor Janet Walker and Associate Professor Alison McInnes are inviting you to the first workshop that will focus on identifying and highlighting the importance of International Social Work in the curriculum.

This is an online event, and participants are cordially invited to consider their attendance to both this and the second events - the second is taking place on 24th May, 2022; more information will be shared during the first event.
