NQSW CONFERENCE: Self Care in Social Work

About this event

This event has now expired

North East Lincolnshire Council Social Work Academy will be presenting a live workshop exploring the importance of self-care in social work. Being a social worker is complex and emotive and we are exposed to the trauma experienced by individuals we are working with on a daily basis and we absorb this trauma ourselves. We will explore in this session what impact this can have on us if we don’t prioritise self-care and our wellbeing.

This webinar will showcase North East Lincolnshire’s Social Work Academy with discussion of the Academy and our ASYE offer alongside workforce development.

Speakers: This will be delivered by the North East Lincolnshire Social Work Academy
