This event has now expired

A Women's Mental Health Network webinar exploring diverse mental health needs of LGBTQ+ women, in support of Pride 2022.

About this event:

The Women's Mental Health Network are proud to host this webinar exploring diverse mental health needs of LGBTQ+ women. This event will explore topics such as mental health needs at different life stages, and ways mental health services and practitioners can improve awareness and responsiveness to the needs of LGBTQ+ women. We hope to provide a platform to discuss how mental health services can better meet the needs of women in the LGBTQ+ community and what fully inclusive mental healthcare might look like. This event is in support of Pride 2022.

We are kindly joined for this event by the following expert speakers:

- Paula Fagan, CEO of LGBT Ireland - a national support service for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people and their families and friends.
- Moninne Griffith, CEO of BeLonGTo - the national organisation supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI+) young people in Ireland.
- Lilith Ferreyra-Carroll, National Community Development Officer for TENI - the Transgender Equality Network Ireland.

Registration for this event is free, and you do not need to be a member of the Women's Mental Health Network to attend.
