As a consultant with Free the Slaves, he contributed to the convening of the Freedom from Slavery Caribbean Regional Forums in Trinidad (2023) and Jamaica (2024), and to the birth of the Caribbean Coalition Against Trafficking In Persons (CCATIP) which was launched on 31 July 2024.

Free The Slaves is a worldwide organisation

From their website:-

Founded in 2000, Free the Slaves works at the intersection of community empowerment, survivor leadership, innovative research, corporate engagement, policy reform, and global advocacy. We confront the conditions that allow forced labor, trafficking, child exploitation, and other abuses to persist.

We work in solidarity with local organizations, survivor leaders, businesses, and governments across Africa, Asia, the Americas, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa to create systemic, sustainable change. Together, we help people chart their own path to freedom, access services, and reclaim their rights. We also help strengthen legal protections, reform harmful practices, and build local and global coalitions for change.
