We are looking for an experienced, skilled, talented and committed Assistant Director of Children's Services to lead, develop and deliver high quality services for children and young people in London. You would be responsible for a range of existing service provision and work as part of a fantastic team to bring in new business in line with our corporate strategy and managing staff teams to be the best they can be. Supplementary Information: the service delivery is based in London, however the role is a blended working approach which can involve working from home or an office base. We will site you at an office closest to your home. Travel to London is required and can be weekly depending on service need. There is a requirement to be part of a senior manager on call rota, approximately 1 week in 8, which does not involve going out.

What Barnardo's can offer:

- An annual recognition day
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Excellent training and development opportunities, including 3 day learning.
- Flexibility in working hours - home work life balance
- Outstanding Leadership support
