In what ways is the promise shaping social work practice, work across services and our approaches to ensuring that the voices and experiences of children, young people and families are at the heart of all that we do? How can Plan 24-30, launched in June, help us in our journey towards the promise’s vision for the way in which Scotland cares by 2030? What needs adding to it, particularly in the context of work alongside children and families in rural settings? We’ll touch on all of these aspects during this gathering of the Rural Social Work Network.

Craig is an author, founder and creator of ‘Get Out Get Love’ which is a proposed universal recovery model from experiences of abusive relationships shaped into both a self-help book and later developed self-delivered digital recovery programme.
