In this role, you will:
You will have responsibility for the delivery of care within an Early Intervention in Psychosis model of service delivery.
You will lead a team of professional and support staff in the delivery of high-quality evidence-based practice, ensuring that regular supervision and appraisal take place.
You will carry out clinical and managerial procedures to a standard that ensures safe and effective care.
You will manage administrative and operational resources in a cost-effective manner, evaluating the standard of service delivered.
What you'll need and be able to provide evidence for:
You will possess an active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
You will have a recognised professional qualification in Social Work.
Demonstrable management skills.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to chair meetings, complete rotas, and be supervision for junior staff.
You will have knowledge of Coast (Early intervention service).
