Join Us as a Casual Residential Support Worker!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're on the lookout for casual Residential Support Workers to join our Small Group Homes team. Our homes support young individuals facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and we're looking for people with compassion, empathy, and resilience.

As a casual worker, you'll have the flexibility to choose when you work, with no obligation on either side. While work is not guaranteed, the hours offered will be varied and tailored to the needs of our homes. This is a great opportunity to engage in meaningful work without the constraints of a fixed schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

**Support and Care** Provide a nurturing environment for young people, guiding them through their educational, social, and community activities.
**Behavior Management** Handle challenging behaviors with patience and understanding, fostering a positive and safe atmosphere.
**Flexibility** Be ready to work during unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, covering shifts as needed.

What We Offer:

**Continuous Development** You'll receive ongoing training to enhance your skills and support your growth within our organisation.
**A Positive Impact** Contribute to the well-being of young people and help them build a brighter future.

If you believe you have the right values and a commitment to supporting young people, we encourage you to apply and join our team.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all our employees and volunteers to share this commitment. This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful applicant will be subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
