Family Support Worker

Welcare is recruiting two experienced Family Support Workers to deliver a broad-based preventative support service for families with children up to the age of 13 in partnership with schools, churches, the local authority and other agencies, in southwest London.

If you have experience of facilitating group work programmes and an enthusiasm for helping families to make a positive change, we would love to hear from you.

You will be delivering practical and emotional support to enhance the life chances of children who have experienced domestic abuse and social isolation through one-to-one support and group work programmes. The post requires working with families in person and online remote working. The office base is in Castelnau Community Centre, Barnes, SW13 9AQ.
