An exciting opportunity has become available to join the GMMH Community Health and Justice Team in Salford.
In partnership with members of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will develop, implement and evaluate seamless specialist service, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of clinical care. As a mental health practitioner the post holder will demonstrate a high level of expertise within the specialist’s service, providing advice, education and support to colleagues in other agencies, service users their families and carers. The post holder will lead on clinical audit activity within their specialist area. The post holder is responsible for contributing / leading the ongoing development of clinical practice, standards of care within the service including the development of policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership and development of the community health and justice team.
To deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to a small caseload of service users to ensure delivery to the relevant clinical pathways.
Participation as a member of the community heath and Justice Management Team in the overall management of community based services. Lead on integrated care with the police inface service.
