Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus wedi’i addysgu i lefel gradd neu gymhwyster proffesiynol cyfwerth, ac yn meddu ar wybodaeth a phrofiad o oruchwylio’r gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaethau mabwysiadu ar lefel uwch. Bydd y person llwyddiannus yn gweithio gyda'r Cyfarwyddwr a'r Cyd-gadeirydd arall (aelod o'r awdurdod lleol) i sicrhau bod y Bwrdd Llywodraethu ar y Cyd yn cyflawni ei swyddogaethau yn ogystal â chyflawni rolau cynrychioliadol eraill ar gyfer y GMC a mynychu cyfarfodydd eraill.

Mae rhagor o wybodaeth fanwl am y rôl ar gael yn y Fanyleb Swydd. Bydd y Cyfarwyddwr yn hapus i drafod y rôl gyda phobl sydd â diddordeb.
