Social Workers and their reflective experience with the ASYE programme

This webinar from Cumbria County Council will showcase a number of interviews with social workers reflecting on their experiences of the Academy and ASYE programme.

Interviews will include:
– Newly qualified social workers in the Academy who are currently enrolled on the ASYE programme.
– Social workers who have recently completed their ASYE.
– Experienced social workers who have progressed in their career since completing their ASYE.
