West Midlands Anti-Slavery Network: Emerging threats

About this event

This event has now expired

Watch this discussion webinar from the West Midlands Anti-Slavery Network on the emerging trends and threats within modern slavery practice.

To acknowledge Anti-Slavery Day last year, West Midlands Anti-Slavery Network – in collaboration with Public Health England – hosted a day of webinar discussions to dig deeper into existing structures, challenges and the future.

This included this panel discussion on the most topical subjects faced in our sector this year so far and to prepare professionals for what could emerge over 2021 and beyond.

West Midlands Anti-Slavery Network was stablished since 2009 and connects various agencies involved in tackling modern slavery in the West Midlands and beyond.

Their mission is to unite and enable partner organisations to work in collaboration to end modern slavery, human trafficking and exploitation. They do this by identifying gaps, influencing change and facilitating solutions in order to protect and advocate for the vulnerable in society.
