Carlene Firmin is a Research Fellow at the University of Bedfordshire, but is also Head of the MsUnderstood Programme: a partnership between the University of Bedfordshire, Imkaan, and the Girls against Gangs project to develop local and national responses to peer-on-peer abuse.
