We are looking for an experienced and skilled practitioner to come and join our FAST team as a Principal Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a Principal Manager in Targeted Services, responsible for our Family and Adolescent Support Team, who work with children and young people on the edge of care aged 10-17.
We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic practitioner with significant experience as a qualified social worker to manage and develop social work practice within the FAST Team.
This will require an experienced individual who is organised and can lead and motivate a team. A key element of the role will be ensuring high quality and timely supervision and management oversight of all children open to the service area, whilst also providing outstanding leadership and management of the team.
