However, there are skills and strategies that can be developed to make sure that no one need fear conflict doing so much harm. In some circumstances, conflict can even have positive results.

This webinar examines how conflicts arise and how they can be prevented or managed effectively. Successful conflict management can not only prevent or address significant problems but also boost confidence and a sense of security.

Neil Thompson is a qualified mediator with extensive experience of teaching and training about conflict management.
