This webinar provides an overview of the statutory defence for victims of trafficking relating to crimes committed while they were victims, and explains how it is applied.

Phil Spencer is the Training & Practice Officer at Every Child Protected Against Trafficking (ECPAT UK). Phil is a registered social worker, having spent time in child protection and youth justice, as well working within other trafficking organisations abroad.
