Supportive, nurturing and empowering teams can be an excellent foundation for not only day-to-day practice, but also growth and development over time. But, when they don’t work well, when the team dynamics create additional tensions and pressures and leave people feeling unsupported and unsafe, they can do a lot of harm. This webinar explores the factors that contribute to positive fruitful teamwork and the pitfalls to avoid. It emphasises that everybody has a part to play in creating and sustaining a successful team, not just the team manager or leader.
